What is Roll On Call?
Roll On Call is a field service CRM for trades that work at the customer's location. It keeps leads, calls, customers, jobs, scheduling, dispatch with live technician location, the technician app, invoices and payments on one connected record.
Can customers pay through Roll On Call?
Yes. You create invoices from completed jobs and collect card payments through Stripe. Cash and check payments can be recorded on the job, and paid and unpaid work shows in reports.
Do technicians get their own app?
On Team and Pro, technicians get unlimited restricted logins to the technician app, where they see assigned jobs, addresses, history and notes and update job status from the field. With location permission granted on the device, the app also supplies the live technician location dispatchers see on the map.
Is business phone and SMS included?
Business phone and SMS are included on Team and Pro, powered by Telnyx. Solo uses in-app notifications and does not include SMS.
