Roll On Call Product Ecosystem

Ecosystem questions
What does Available at launch mean?
It means the capability is part of the product when Roll On Call launches. Coming soon identifies an upcoming addition, not a feature included at launch. Roadmap means it is planned, without a committed date.
Which provider handles phone calls and SMS?
Business numbers, calling, SMS and MMS run on Telnyx. Integrated phone and SMS with one included number are part of Team and Pro; Pro adds call recording. Solo does not include integrated phone or SMS.
How are payments processed?
Stripe handles Roll On Call subscription billing and card payment collection on invoices your business creates from jobs.
Does Roll On Call connect to accounting software?
Not yet. Accounting is a planned category on the roadmap. Until then, invoices and payment reports can be used alongside your existing books.
Does Roll On Call show live technician location?
Yes. Live technician location is enabled at launch for live dispatch and field visibility. It is reported from the technician app while the technician grants location permission on their device, and accuracy is not guaranteed. It does not assign jobs, optimize routes or provide emergency navigation, and job statuses are still recorded separately by the team.
Is there a public API?
An API and webhooks are on the roadmap and not included at launch. They will be labeled available only once they ship.
