Where the Privacy Policy lives
The binding Privacy Policy is the version published inside the Roll On Call app. It is the text account owners review and accept, and it is the only version that applies to your use of Roll On Call. This website page is a guide to that document, not a copy or a summary of its terms, and it does not change, add to or replace anything in it.
What the document covers
The in-app Privacy Policy is organized into the sections below. Read the full text in the app for what each section says.
- Scope and business-customer responsibilities
- Information we collect and why
- Email checks and privacy-preserving aliases
- How we use information
- Providers
- Other disclosures
- Cookies and browser storage
- Account communications and marketing
- Append-only legal acceptance history
- Retention, deletion, and backups
- Security and sensitive information
- International processing
- Privacy rights and requests
- U.S. state and California disclosures
- Adults only
- Changes and contact
Versions and updates
The version label shown in the app tells you which text is in effect. When the document is updated, the app shows the new version, and the in-app document explains how changes and acceptance work. If you are unsure which version applies to your account, the app is the source to check.
