Yes. Every CRM plan includes it: 1 widget campaign on Solo, 3 on Team and unlimited on Pro. Requests arrive in the CRM as leads you can convert into jobs.
What is the standalone Smart Widget?
A $19/month product for businesses that already use another CRM or none at all. You embed the widget on your website and see submissions in a simple read-only leads inbox with each visitor's contact details.
Does the standalone widget include CRM features?
No. It does not include customers and jobs, scheduling, dispatch, technician management or customer replies. Your business calls the customer directly from the details in the inbox. If you want the CRM, a Solo, Team or Pro plan already includes the widget.
Is the standalone widget an add-on fee for CRM customers?
No. CRM plans include the widget at no extra charge. The standalone product exists only for people who do not use the Roll On Call CRM.
Where can I put the widget?
On an existing website by pasting an embed snippet, or on the Free Starter Website included with CRM plans, where it comes preinstalled.
